Brave Picks is a digital product store offering Excel spreadsheet templates for content creators, freelancers, and entrepreneurs.
Templates are sold as digital downloads exclusively through Etsy and Gumroad. Brave Picks does not sell physical products.
Digital products — purchases & payments
How purchases work.
All transactions are processed by Etsy or Gumroad. Brave Picks does not process payments directly, does not store credit or debit card information, and does not have access to your billing data at any point.
Payment security is governed by Etsy's and Gumroad's respective PCI-compliant systems
You will receive your digital file immediately after purchase, via the purchasing platform
Brave Picks is not responsible for delays or issues caused by Etsy or Gumroad
License & permitted use
What you can do with our templates.
Each template purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license. By purchasing, you agree to the following:
Templates are for personal or internal business use only
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files publicly
You may not claim authorship of the template design or pass it off as your own product
You may customize the template for your own use
Refund policy
Digital goods policy.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
EU & UK consumers: Under Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once download has begun (with your prior express consent and acknowledgement)
US consumers: No statutory right of return applies to downloadable digital goods under federal law. Individual state laws may vary.
If the file you received is defective, corrupted, or significantly different from what was described, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refund requests via Etsy are subject to Etsy's seller and buyer protection policies. Gumroad refunds are subject to Gumroad's refund policy.
